Greg provided detailed communication throughout the process so we always knew the status of the contracts and any upcoming events and deadlines.From helping us identify what we needed to do to get the house ready to go onto the market to closing, Greg provided excellent advice, outstanding communication, and proactive problem solving.  When we first went on the market, it had snowed the night before.  We were out of town and not able to check on conditions of the driveway and walkway.  Greg stopped by the house found icy conditions.  He called us immediately.  He went out of his way to pick up salt to remedy the icy walks.  Greg provided us guidance on inspection items and options for addressing any issues that were found.  He kept track of all the contract deadlines and proactively worked with the buyers agent to resolve issues.
